This privacy policy applies to the NFC Basic Tools app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by NFC Basic Tools Team (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium/Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application processes NFC (Near Field Communication) tags. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. All read and write operations, including URLs, Text messages, and vCard (Contact) creations, are processed locally on your device and written directly to your physical NFC tags.

The Application stores a local "History" of your written tags strictly on your device's internal storage (SQLite Database). This history is never uploaded to any cloud service and can be deleted by you at any time within the Application.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

While the Application itself does not collect personal data, it does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for serving advertisements and analyzing app performance.

The Application uses Google AdMob to display ads in the free version. AdMob may collect and use data (such as your device's Advertising ID) to provide personalized ads.

3. In-App Purchases (PRO Version)

The Application offers a "PRO" version via Google Play Billing. All payment transactions are handled securely by Google Play. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card information or billing address.

4. Web Links and External Sites

The Application allows you to generate and write web links to NFC tags. Some features utilize our domain (nfcbt.com) to display long texts to users who do not have the app installed. The text data is passed via URL parameters and is not saved or logged in our website's databases.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is designed for general audiences. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us so we can take necessary actions.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
