Welcome to NFC Basic Tools. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("Application") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Application.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Application;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

2. User-Generated Content & Responsibility

The Application allows you to read, write, format, and manipulate physical NFC (Near Field Communication) tags. You are solely responsible for the data and content you write to your NFC tags.

• You agree not to write malicious links, malware, or illegal content onto NFC tags using our Application.
• We do not control, store, or monitor the data you write to your physical tags.
• Locking an NFC tag makes it permanently read-only. We are not responsible for tags that are locked accidentally or intentionally by the user.

3. Premium Features (PRO Version)

Certain features of the Application are locked behind a "PRO" version. Purchases are handled securely through Google Play Billing. By purchasing the PRO version, you agree to Google Play's terms and conditions regarding payments, subscriptions, and refunds.

4. Disclaimer

The materials within the Application are provided on an 'as is' basis. NFC Basic Tools makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furthermore, we do not warrant that the Application will be compatible with all NFC tags or all Android devices.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall NFC Basic Tools or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This includes damages resulting from corrupted NFC tags.

6. Links and Third-Party Services

NFC Basic Tools has not reviewed all of the sites linked via generated NFC links and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service for its Application at any time without notice. By using this Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
